Returns
Due to the nature of our products and strict laboratory safety protocols, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, tampered with, or used. All sales are final once the product seal is broken.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ascensionpeptides.com with photos of the issue. We will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include a reshipment or refund.
Lost Shipments
If your package is lost in transit (as confirmed by the tracking status), we will provide a one-time reshipment of your order. Please allow 14 business days for domestic orders and 21 business days for international orders to be considered lost.
